Communication: The Foundation of a Great Relationship


One thing we truly pride ourselves on here at O’Donnell Law Center is our communication with our clients. Great communication is the foundation for any type of relationship. For many, they are going through an unknown time in their life and we want to be available to them. We want our clients to know that we care about them and their personal well being. We make sure our clients can reach us when it’s convenient for them, not just convenient for us. The manner in which we communicate with our clients truly is unique. Not every client is the same, and therefore we communicate with each client differently.


We use multiple methods of communication – we don’t just use phone conferences to communicate with our clients. Maybe emailing or texting is the preferred method of communication. Not a problem! In our office, we are flexible and can communicate with clients over many different platforms.

When it comes to our method of communication, we like to adapt to our client. Whether they are high tech or more old school, we will figure out the best form of communication to suit their needs.
Our office is mobile – we know that getting to our office just isn’t possible sometimes. For us, that’s not a problem. We can come to you! If our clients would like to meet at a certain location because they can’t make it to the office, we are more than happy to do that.

 Our clients can reach us anytime – they can contact us before our office is open, during lunch hours, in the evening, and even on the weekends. We aren’t a traditional law firm that sticks to communication only during business hours. We understand that sometimes life doesn’t stick to a schedule. We want to make sure we are available to our clients when they need us. If it’s outside of our regular office hours, our clients can reach us through our phone/text number. 

Here at O’Donnell Law Center, our communication with our clients is a priority for us. We know that finding time in your busy schedule to communicate with your lawyer can be a challenge. We want our communication to be convenient for you which is why we are so flexible. We know that you are probably dealing with a lot of stress and are navigating through an unknown time and we want to help make the process easier for you. The way in which we communicate with our clients truly sets us apart from other law firms.
