Here at our Lake of the Ozarks general practice law firm, we employ a lot of different technology in order to provide superior service to our clients and keep our firm functioning at maximum efficiency. In order to help lighten your load, we put you in control of how we deliver your legal services to you. Video chat platforms are possibly the most frequently used form of technology in our office. Since our Office Manager, Andrea Harris, works from her home office two hours away, we use video chat internally to conduct our staff meetings (or to chat around the water cooler). We can also use platforms such as Skype or Facetime to meet with our clients, thus eliminating any challenges that may result from trying to coordinate in-person meetings.
Mobile Phone Base
Gone are the days of being tied to a desk in order to answer the phones. Our state-of-the-art technology allows all calls that come into O'Donnell Law Center to be forwarded directly to our mobile phones so that we can remain agile, mobile, and efficient. This also allows Andrea to answer the office phones from her home office. If we are unable to answer a call at the time that it comes in, we promise to always return it as soon as we possibly can.
Virtual Document Access
The legal field is characterized by quick turn-arounds and strict deadlines. Being able to access and sign documents quickly and conveniently is an essential component to the success of any case. Our technology allows us to screen share our documents so that our staff can access them whenever (and from wherever) necessary. We also upload all of our documents into a secure online portal that enables our clients to sign and review the appropriate documentation on their own schedule.

Life is busy. We recognize that in addition to your legal situation, you must still cover countless other daily responsibilities such as work, childcare, household upkeep, etc. Our goal is to help you fit your legal obligations into your already busy routine, rather than forcing you to adjust your normal schedule to comply with ours.
